What We Do

BRiM exists to improve the representation of Black people in marketing across the full marketing ecosystem. We focus on the stories that are told, how brands engage with audiences, and the decisions that shape marketing work behind the scenes. From strategy and creative development to production and partnerships, representation influences the quality and effectiveness of the work we create.
