Our flagship initiative is the BRiM Sponsorship Programme, which pairs high-potential Black marketing professionals with senior leaders who can advocate for their progression and visibility across the industry.

The Sponsorship Programme

A leadership journey designed to accelerate careers

Pair sponsors and sponsees

Mid-level Black marketing professionals are paired with senior leaders who act as sponsors, providing advocacy, visibility and career guidance.

Build leadership capability

Expert-led modules, structured activities and networking to build confidence, strengthen networks and support career progression.

Deliver and measure impact

Launch initiatives, track progress, and share outcomes to ensure the programme delivers meaningful and measurable change.
